This game was developed in one week by two people for the Playmakers Halloween Festival Game Jam.

You're an innocent townsperson

And now is NOT a good time to be a witch! The common people have gone mad with paranoia, and have begun suspecting everyone and everything of being a witch. Today, they've decided to target you. Not a problem, except...

You're a witch!

And now they've thrown you into an ancient arena as some kind of "trial"! Honestly, the nerve of some people, don't they respect history? More importantly, though, ominous portals are opening up all around you! You unsheathe your wand and reseat your witch's hat upon your head, ready for whatever's coming.

Controls

WASD - Get that candy! Run away! Watch out!!!

Mouse - Aim your wand at the lumbering figures, and-

Left Click - FIRE! HaHA! That'll teach you to mess with a witch! (Hold to auto-fire)

R - A mild bit of time-warping magic, something you picked up from a friend

P - You also picked up stopping time! BUT... It stops your time too.

Escape - Or is it more like giving up? Either way, it's the only way out of here

Goal

Infinite monsters are spawning from all over! Magical candy is raining down from above! How long can you survive? How well can you fight?

Dangerous Monsters

Kill monsters to gain points, more will spawn as you survive longer!

Skeletons: Spooky and Scary! Wielding ancient bows and no arrows, they fling their own bones at you instead!

Mother Spiders: Creepy and Crawly! They rapidly spawn spiderlings that hunt you down. After they've exhausted themselves by making too many spiderlings (or when you kill them), they burst open into one final wave of spiders!

Pumpkins: Spowoky and owoky! They jump towards you and once they're close enough, they start to explode! Sadly for the other monsters , friendly fire is on.

Delicious Candy

Eating candy is the only way to heal.

Candy will also randomly grant buffs (A treat!) or debuffs (A trick...)

Brisk Blueberry: The blue candy will affect your speed

Mandarine Muscles: The orange candy will affect your damage

Raisin Rush:  The purple candy will affect your fire rate
